Christmas should be enjoyed in good company, with good food, cold beers and lots of Christmas spirit. This year we invite you to join us for Christmas lunch – every Saturday from 12:00–16:00.
We have put together a 7-course Christmas menu that will give you a cozy and tasty start to the Christmas season. We offer snacks, a starter, a good familiar main course and Retour's very own rice-salamande dessert. And if you want, you can treat yourself to cheese as an additional purchase before dessert.

Tuna and Kimchi Croustade
Toasted bread with beef tartare, grilled piquillo pepper, parsley emulsion and crispy chicken skin
Confit duck leg croquettes with hoisin
Wonton shell with fried shiitake, pickled chanterelle, morel foam

Dry-aged and Cold-smoked Salmon from Royal Nyborg Smokehouse, served with sour cream, cucumber, apple, dill oil and wasabi tuile.
Served with sourdough bread and salted farm butter.

Beef Wellington
Spanish Txogitzu beef tenderloin with porcini mushroom duxelles, roasted chestnuts, preserved beech mushrooms, black trumpet mushrooms, Dijon mustard and 24-month-aged Noir de Bigorre ham.
Served with pommes pavé, mushroom purée, charred and pickled pearl onions, black winter truffle and Bordelaise sauce.

Retour Christmas Downstairs
Every Thursday evening in December, the Christmas dinner moves down to Retour Downstairs.
We serve our Christmas menu – and make sure the glasses are never empty. The perfect place for a gentlemen's dinner or Christmas lunch with colleagues.
Here you will get our 7-course Christmas menu combined with an open bar, so you can sit back, eat well and enjoy the evening in the cozy and festive atmosphere of the cellar. It is possible to purchase schnapps for Christmas dinner.
Ideal for those of you who have already booked the weekends with Christmas events, but want to gather the guys, colleagues or group of friends for a festive evening.

We welcome both small and large parties and are happy to help you find the solution that best suits your event. From cozy dinners in the restaurant to larger parties in our atmospheric Retour Downstairs – at Retour there is room for it all.
For parties of 10 guests or more, we ask that the menu be selected in advance.
