Changes

 

Changes to the confirmed number of guests must be made no later than 48 hours before the reservation time. If changes occur subsequently, we reserve the right to demand payment for the last agreed number of guests. This is justified by preparation and purchasing for the agreed event.

Should there be any changes to the reservation, e.g. arrival time, special diets, etc., please contact the restaurant as soon as possible.

We do not receive text messages and our confirmation text messages cannot be answered.

 

Payment

 

If you wish to pay by sending an invoice, this must be agreed in advance. An administration fee may apply.

When paying with Danish and European corporate cards, as well as credit cards issued outside Europe, there will be a payment fee.

 

Cancellation

 

Should you need to cancel your reservation or move it to another day, please notify the restaurant in writing by emailing vesterbro@retour.dk no later than 1 month before your arrival time.

We would like to point out that due to the high demand for a table in the restaurant, we are forced to issue an invoice for the agreed price per person if cancellation is not made in good time.

Cancellation is only valid via email.

 

Absence

 

We would like to point out that due to the high demand for a table in the restaurant, we are forced to issue an invoice at the agreed table price per person if, for one reason or another, you fail to show up in the evening without informing us, as in such cases we would otherwise be left with prepared food and a table that we could have reserved for other guests. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
